As Service Delivery Manager, Paige oversees several key functions that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end usersincluding ensuring our service is ITIL aligned and that we are continually delivering in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

With close to a decade of experience in the service desk industry, Paige has a wealth of experience in service desk operations. Using this insight, Paige supports the development of internal processes to ensure the Service Delivery department is always achieving the best possible results and delivering excellent customer service. 

Alongside side our Head of Delivery, Paige implements Continual Service Improvement, as well as ensuring that as a business Air IT is documenting, tracking and analysing improvements.
