To support continued growth, Bond Adams Solicitors were looking to appoint an IT provider who would understand their evolving business needs in an increasingly competitive market. With no in-house IT department and limited knowledge of the subject, they wanted to outsource their IT requirements to a trusted partner who would proactively support and guide their investment in technology.
Following a number of high-profile data breaches, Bond Adams also wanted to understand and reduce their risk of cyber-attack and ensure full compliance with data protection regulations. As well as improving the overall security of their network, they were keen to educate staff and develop internal processes to protect the integrity of their data and financial assets, whilst further enhancing its strong reputation with clients.

Furthermore, the company benefits from an extensive range of cyber security services, ensuring they’re always one step ahead of new and emerging threats. This includes continuous scanning and monitoring of the dark web to detect and mitigate against the risk of attack using stolen and compromised user credentials. Alongside weekly penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, this means any new threats are identified and remediated as soon as they arise.
By using our employee awareness training platform to assign specific e-learning modules and courses to staff, Bond Adams Solicitors has proactively managed and reduced its risk from the most common types of attack. For example, using social engineering techniques such as email spoofing and phishing attacks. Training results are analysed by Air IT and provided to Bond Adams so they can identify individuals and specific areas that require further investment. With many legal sector firms making high value targets for cybercriminals, this provides additional peace of mind and assurance to Bond Adams internal stakeholders and clients.
We’ve continued to work with Bond Adams on a range of projects, including a full device refresh to support remote working. We deployed new laptops across the business, sourcing equipment cost-effectively through our industry partnerships.
