I’ve been at Air for 8 years and in that time, I’ve been given fantastic opportunities to progress and develop, which has supported both my personal and professional growth. I support both our clients and my team on the Service Desk every day. There’s always help when you need it, and no two days are the same. I enjoy working with different clients and colleagues to solve a variety of issues. It’s a fast-paced but supportive environment, and I’ve learned a lot over my years here, first under Nexus GS then under the Air IT banner. 

I joined Air 5 years ago when the company I worked for was acquired. Since acquisition the opportunity for me has been immense with two promotions in this time. I love my role as Financial Controller – transactional, a client facing role co-ordinating our billing and credit control and working with almost all of our internal teams. I could not ask for a more supportive and knowledgeable Line Manager. I work with an exceptional team who bring their passion and individual strengths to work with them all day, so that we bring out the best in each other as a team.

Air IT Group‘s commitment to developing its team is second to none. They have supported me at every stage, from my progression from 2nd to 3rd line within the Service Desk, to Service Delivery Manager, to helping me achieve status as an Apple Certified Technical Partner and a member of the Apple Consultants Network.
