By migrating to Microsoft 365, FLB’s email now resides in Microsoft’s secure, cloud-based environment, continually updated and equipped with advanced backup and security features. Our IT Consultants worked closely with key members of the FLB team, guiding them through the migration strategy and helping them get the most from the technology in daily operations.
The new solution provides FLB staff, partners, and associates with Microsoft’s collaborative Modern Workplace tools, including Teams for group conversations and video calls, SharePoint and OneDrive for secure file sharing, and the latest versions of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Since the migration, FLB has strengthened system integration with third-party SaaS applications, including CRM and accountancy software, ensuring all communications are captured at source.
