As the majority of the Air IT team continue to work from home, our Great People Awards was again conducted remotely in The Hub, during a Teams video call to celebrate the greatest achievers of the 2nd quarter.

After an initial company catch up on business developments and new initiatives, Chief Operating Officer James announced this quarter’s award winners as newcomer to the business, and 1st Line Service Desk Engineer Ewan, who claimed the Outstanding Customer Service Award, and long-standing Internal Systems Administrator John, who once again lifted the L.O.V.E Award and returned to the throne.

Having joined the business during the lockdown, Ewan has made a real positive impact in a short space of time, receiving top feedback from both clients and colleagues. Whilst established Internal Systems Administrator John was recognised again for his continued hard work on various projects.

As 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, Ewan plays an essential role in supporting clients, and ensures customers receive a strong, consistent service experience. As a newcomer to the team, Ewan has done a brilliant job to win the award at this early stage, which is based purely on feedback from our clients and celebrates those employees who go the extra mile to consistently deliver positive customer service. Well done on becoming the Outstanding Customer Service Award winner, Ewan!

 

1st Line Service

 

The King returns! The 2nd Quarter’s L.O.V.E Award winner was John, who returns to the throne for the 4th time, and is becoming a regular to the award – verging on royal status in delivering on our company values. As Internal Systems Administrator, John plays a pivotal role in ensuring the systems of the business run smoothly and operate efficiently. This quarter John has provided invaluable assistance and advice on various projects, as well as being one of the few members of the team to have worked in the office throughout lockdown to keep vital operations going  –  First class COMMITMENT, ‘King’ John!
