We prioritise giving our employees a platform to voice what matters most to them. Our employee-led Air Time groups actively engage in various activities to make Air IT the best it can be.

Green Group – Striving for environmental sustainability with a focus on energy consumption, waste, recycling, and our carbon footprint.
Health and Wellbeing Group – Promoting the importance of healthy lifestyles and positive wellbeing among our colleagues.
Community and Charity Group – Actively supporting local communities and charitable initiatives to ensure we’re giving back.

AirFest 2023

Each year, the Air IT family comes together from across the UK to unite for AirFest, our annual Group festival. Last year, over 200 colleagues gathered together and participated in an action-packed day of activities featuring axe throwing, archery, reverse golf carting, salsa dancing and much more.
