Do you offer 24/7 IT Support?
Our standard hours for IT support are 7:30am to 6:30pm so you’re not on your own if you get in early or need to work late. With 24×7 monitoring and management included as standard within our IT support offering, we’ll proactively monitor your systems for potential issues before they happen so we can keep your business up and running around the clock. And if there’s an emergency, our on-call team are only a phone call away.
What is your average response time?
Our SLAs depend on the agreed hours of cover and the priority of your issue or request. But typically, we aim to respond and resolve your issues within the same working day.
