Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations

In early 2022, Microsoft announced changes to its Partner Network to modernise it for the cloud era with the Microsoft Cloud Partner Programme. In October 2022, Microsoft launched new Partner Solution Designations, featuring multiple solution areas or ‘designations.’

These new designations replace the previous gold and silver badges, aiming to simplify partner selection, making it easier for customers to identify Microsoft’s most accomplished partners and understand how their technical skills and experience can support them.

Air IT is pleased to announce that we have added a further designation to our existing portfolio. Our latest achievement, the Data & AI designation, enhances our expertise in cutting-edge technologies and builds on our existing strengths in Modern Work and Infrastructure.

• Data & AI – Showcases our expertise in managing client data across various systems and developing analytics and AI solutions to help them achieve their goals.
• Infrastructure – Demonstrates our expertise in supporting our clients with developing, implementing, and maintaining secure, adaptable, and trustworthy cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Modern Work – Demonstrates our expertise in helping clients enhance productivity and transition to a hybrid work environment using Microsoft 365.

These solution designations require partners to demonstrate expertise through qualifications and accreditations, and by proving how they have contributed to their customers’ growth and success.

To earn a designation, partners must score at least 70 points out of 100, with points allocated across categories such as performance, skilling, and customer success.
