Following multiple acquisitions and a rebrand, Jurni Leasing needed to consolidate its IT environment into a single Microsoft 365 tenancy.

Each acquired company had separate domains, Active Directory setups, and cloud tenancies, creating inefficiencies and inconsistent security policies.

Manual PC builds slowed operations and hindered scalability, while sensitive data was at risk due to uneven security controls.

The Outcome

We conducted a full assessment of Jurni’s infrastructure, identifying redundancies and opportunities for consolidation.

Domains were migrated to a single Active Directory, and all cloud tenancies were unified into one Microsoft 365 tenant. Microsoft Intune was deployed for modern device management, including compliance policies, device encryption, PIN protection, and Conditional Access rules.

Windows AutoPilot was implemented to eliminate manual PC builds, allowing devices to be pre-configured and shipped directly to end users for rapid, hassle-free deployment.

Jurni Leasing now enjoys a consolidated, secure IT environment that enhances collaboration and productivity across the organisation.
