The Approach

By going ‘one step further’ to fully understand the scope of the project and learn more about the nature of the business and its users, Air IT were able to redesign Ellis Knight’s telephony system which featured call routing, hunt groups, out of hours assistance as well as a well-planned IVR.

As part of the office move and system migration, Ellis Knight required a new geographic (local) telephone number (main office number) with a range of DDIs and extension numbers. Air IT manage the inbound and outbound calls with a simple set easy to understand and transparent call rates.

The Outcome

Ellis Knight can add new users with ease and affordably without needing to worry about replicating defective hardware or managing an on-premise solution. They can even take their telephone number to the next location when they outgrow their current office.
