AI has the potential to transform productivity, streamline operations and unlock new opportunities for growth. Yet for many SMEs, the biggest challenge isn’t access to AI technology. It’s knowing where to focus.
With new tools, platforms and use cases emerging almost daily, business leaders are under pressure to act. But without a clear understanding of where AI will create the greatest value, many organisations risk investing in the wrong initiatives, pursuing disconnected pilots or struggling to turn early experimentation into measurable outcomes.
This is what we call the AI Decision Gap.
Today, we’re launching a new suite of AI services to help SMEs close that gap. Combining our AI Accelerator workshops, a new AI Agent Marketplace, bespoke agent development and AI Managed Services, the new offering helps organisations move from identifying AI opportunities to deploying practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business results. For businesses looking to move quickly, the AI Agent Marketplace provides access to ready-to-deploy AI agents designed to solve common operational challenges.
Businesses are being told they need AI strategies, AI assistants, AI agents and AI-powered workflows. Yet many organisations are still trying to answer some fundamental questions:
Too often, organisations start with the technology before defining the outcome they’re trying to achieve.
SMEs are under pressure to act on AI, but speed alone does not lead to better decisions. Too often, businesses start with the technology before defining the problem, the value they expect to create, or how success will be measured. The next phase of AI adoption will be defined by execution. Businesses need practical solutions that focus on the work that will make the biggest difference to their organisation. The value is not in adopting AI for its own sake, but in applying it where it can remove friction, improve decisions and create measurable outcomes. That is the gap we want to close. We want to give SMEs a clearer route into AI, one that helps them move with pace, focus and control.
At the heart of our new offering is the AI Accelerator, a structured engagement designed to help organisations move from AI ambition to a clear and prioritised roadmap.
Through an AI Envisioning Day and discovery process, we work with business leaders to identify where AI can deliver the greatest impact, assess opportunities and define the practical steps needed to move forward.
Recommendations typically focus on productivity, AI agents and automation, data readiness, governance, technology modernisation and optimisation, creating a practical roadmap for adoption.

Once opportunities have been identified, organisations need a practical way to turn ideas into outcomes.
The new AI Agent Marketplace launches with a growing portfolio of ready-to-deploy agents designed to solve real business challenges, with new agents and industry-specific solutions being added soon.

Following an AI Accelerator engagement, RH Commercial Vehicles identified an opportunity to improve warranty enquiries and claims through AI. The AI agent will use previous successful claims and manufacturer warranty guidance to improve claim quality, reduce preparation time and flag missing information before submission, helping increase claim success and reduce manual effort.
“The AI Accelerator helped us identify practical opportunities where AI could support our business, and the warranty claims support agent stood out immediately as something that could make a real difference. What impressed me throughout the process was how quickly Air IT Group got to grips with our business. They took the time to understand how our teams work, where processes slow down and where improvements could have the biggest impact. That meant the recommendations were grounded in reality and focused on delivering value. We’re still in the early stages, but we’re excited to see the impact the warranty claims support agent can have. It could save time, improve claim quality and ultimately help our business cash flow as claims are accepted and paid quicker. The AI Accelerator has given us a clear direction and the confidence to take that next step.”
By focusing on a specific operational challenge with a measurable outcome, the business has a clear path from AI planning to implementation, with the potential to deliver a direct financial benefit.
Alongside the AI Accelerator and AI Agent Marketplace, our AI Managed Services provide the expertise, governance and ongoing support needed to develop, maintain and optimise AI capabilities over time.
Successful AI adoption depends on more than selecting the right technology. The right data, security, governance and operational foundations are essential to ensuring AI continues to deliver value as organisations scale.
“AI has the potential to be a major productivity driver for SMEs, but only if businesses can move from interest and experimentation to focused execution. Many organisations know AI matters, but they need help deciding where to start, what to prioritise and how to turn the opportunity into measurable business value. This launch is about giving customers the confidence and capability to invest in AI in a way that is structured, responsible and aligned to the outcomes they want to achieve.”
Our approach is informed by our own AI journey. For the last three years, we’ve been on our own journey as “Customer Zero”, applying AI across the business as it works towards becoming AI Native, an organisation with automation & AI embedded into the way it thinks, operates and serves customers. That experience has shaped our new AI services.
Having tested, learned and scaled AI within its own organisation, we have built the practical understanding, discipline and confidence needed to help customers and SMEs across the UK move from ambition to real-world adoption.
AI shouldn’t be about implementing technology for the sake of it. It should be about solving problems, improving productivity and creating meaningful business outcomes.
Whether you’re looking for a ready-to-deploy AI agent or wanting to building a broader AI roadmap, our new AI services are designed to help you make confident decisions about where to start and where to invest next.
